Five (5) Grass Root Stalwarts Rewarded with NSWTA Life Membership
It is with great pleasure that the NSW Touch Association announce that in 2010, five (5) members of the Touch community, grass root stalwarts of the game, have been bestowed Life Membership of the Association.

All five recipients have had over 25 years dedicated service to the sport at all levels from grass roots through to state. Each has left an indelible mark on the sport and all continue to give great contribution and service to the Touch today.

The Board, when viewing the nominations, considered the length and breadth of the contributions made by all five (5) members at all levels of the sport. From Affiliate, to Regional to State level each has made significant contributions, whether it be administratively or in the technical aspect of the sport, each has played an important part in our development and journey. It was not lost on the Board when recommending the five (5) to the AGM membership, that Life membership is the highest honour that a volunteer in our sport can be rewarded with, it is their Hall of Fame and with that notion the Board happily recommended and the AGM accepted, these five (5) outstanding members into the ranks of Life Members.
